Yes thanks for the form! and thanks Justincase and Awcramer for being Corps! super fans. To quickly answer a few questions- new figs- new articulation! like Snakebite should not break(these are male figures and bulkier than her so will be even tougher) -unfortunate 6 inch figs legs did split sorry fans- HK didnt want to do fix but when I designed Oculus and Rough Neck designed them to not have same issue(upperlegs wall is thicker ps the other four guys were dragon do bodies reused) New figs- smoke is a full head sculpt under scarf. New figs-Same great price New figs- we wanted to add more diversity to TheCorps! New Figs-each is different height too smokes agile(parkour master), Impacts a Curse experiment brute!(imacts mask does not come off but titans does) Cheers Blake Noh follow on Instagram for toy collectible awesomeness and Corps! news www.instagram.com/blakenoh/ Blake, you are the man. Thank you for answering several of the questions that, we, the "fans" had. You and your team have elevated the brand to something that is separating itself from Joes. The new product looks incredible, the story line is captivating, the vehicles are the only new things out (except for old True Heroes and old PTE stuff) and you all have made the brand exciting. I'm just a dad with a professional job, but this makes me feel like a kid again in so many ways.

So Blake just dropped a bomb on the Hisstank Corps Megathread!!
The sculptors of the new figures are none other than The Four Horsemen!!!! (http://www.sourcehorsemen.com/) These guys are amazing and so good at what they do!!
The Corps truly is in good hands!!!

Blake thank you for the insight and clarification !~
We follow each other on Twitter and i'm really happy for your personal success and Lanards increasing business success.
Titan and Smoke have actual had sculpts under their masks?!
SOLD.
Seriously...i have no reason to buy new action figures but these are definitely being bought . I'm already looking forward to the repaints and body reuse in 2018/2019.
Edit: Trickshot strikes me as the #1 candidate for custom fodder. There isn't anything wrong with the figure but it has no flare. Definite custom base material.

- Whatever. Do they have the same elbow swivel thing going on as the Super Soldier/Dragon Do? I'm totally disenchanted with the ball-socket hips. Watch & wait, soon theCORPS! will reduced to legless cores... The extremely limited articulation of Recoil, Dozer & Reaper still gels with the same hight/scale of the rest of line, and doesn't really impair the idk, playability of a set. I've felt that the female figures, though they can sorta mount the motor bikes better, don't really gel with the majority of the figures. They seem so disjointed and shifty. Anyone else feel this way? The new sculpts look great, I've got no qualms with the look. But should there be such a switch up in the toy design? Why couldn't the lady figures been produced with the t-frame? What would that have looked like?

I'd rather have nothing than those, and am VERY glad we're getting figs with better articulation. As for the swivels - Where are you getting that the new 4-inch figures will have swivels like the super-soldiers? I didn't read that at all in the breakdown, but maybe I missed something? I'm very VERY much looking forward to the evolution of the Corps, and the way it's going has me nothing but enthused.

I don't personally mind having T-crotch figures produced alongside ball-jointed figures, as long as they otherwise look like they belong together on a stylistic level. (Of course, I'll mix almost any type of figures together, so take that as you will.)
I'm actually kind of weirdly fond of the limited-articulation figures--mostly because they have nice sculpts, though.

I am very pleased with the new articulation. Lanard has known for a while that the t-crotch was the main thing holding back the line since they made the switch with GI Joes. The difference was Joes went back to ball-joints quickly and Lanard made it a longstanding part of their brand.
I recognize the playability of the t-crotch has way more durability, but it limited the figure in overall poses, doing side kicks and riding motorcycles, etc. The old school Corps rivaled Joes. The new females brought the line back into the same discussion with Joes. Now they are truly rivaling Joes again, but I see them taking the next step and dethroning them with availability and aesthetics. This Lanard team is taking the brand to the next level.

Yeah I agree. But in my opinion, in order for The Corps to truly break that barrier and really rival Joes is to branch out into other merch and media... comics, t-shirts, lunch boxes etc. Things kids will actively make use of in effect be exposed to the brand and expose others to it as well.

Are there any truly successful non fantasy / non futuristic military toy lines that have broad appeal ? Joe is a legacy line and benefits from longevity and origin. I'm not sure a military line can truly be a smash hit on par with 80's Joe any longer.

AW, I agree with you. Media and exposure is huge moving forward for them. If by some chance they were to have a cartoon, it would launch them into another level of branding. The greatest thing they've had going for them is their availability on the shelves to people. Media is the next step to take their product to new heights and make it more mainstream. Are there any truly successful non fantasy / non futuristic military toy lines that have broad appeal ? Joe is a legacy line and benefits from longevity and origin. I'm not sure a military line can truly be a smash hit on par with 80's Joe any longer. At this time, I don't think there is. Joes have hung on because of adults like us that remember the glory days as kids and try to pass it along to other generations. Most kids that are the age I was when I started playing with Joes have no idea what GI Joe is. The Joe brand changed their philosophy and stopped aiming at kids, but to adult collectors (even the cartoons and movies were really for adults and not kids). We just haven't had a military line that that was made fun for kids that had high level marketing in a long time. I think Lanard can bring it back to some degree.

Very excited and intrigued by the new and returning figures in this year's assortment!
I am curious if we have any hints about price points? I know justincase said earlier in the thread "same great price," but I mean will we be getting single cards, VS cards, three-packs, etc?
I really liked the "Solo Elite" point from last year, definitely brought me back to childhood looking over the pegs and pegs of GI Joes.
Very good news!

An app \ game would be a big step in the right direction. Something like a side scroller or a endless running.
