If the new heads are all ball joint we may be sculpting and casting a neck replacement for older figures that is the right size ball.

WOW! That Ravage mod is amazing!!! I never thought it possible to do anything with his head considering how his hair falls! I have to try this! Great work man!

He was a little more challenging than the others with that hair. It was fun bringing out the features and coming up with stuff out of mistakes made. Glad you liked it. I'll get him finished and post it up.

Here is another small project I'm working on. This is "Unmasking Ogre." I'm trying to see if I can modify the sculpt enough to create complete head. I'll try to make him bald and give him ears. Don't know what he will look like since he doesn't have a neck, but we shall see.

Headand replace the face/ make a helmet Hand slipped and messded it up. Good luck. You could leave circles where the ears are and make him have a head set on or something.

This is definitely the most challenging project I've done. I wish I had more of a sculpting background for the facial anatomy aspect. Ooh cool project. Good luck! Thanks! This could be a disaster, but I'll post the results regardless of how it turns out.

I'm curious to see what you come up with for Ogre.

Here is what I have so far. You can't see much of the jaw line or the ear, but it's there. I may paint it in a flesh tone now to pull out more details and even for me to see where things need to be sanded down. The black is fairly harsh to judge by. I'm trying to be careful. One slip of the hand and 45 minutes of work is gone. Lol

Here is the finished Ogre head. It isn't exactly what I wanted and it took a lot more time than I expected. I was hoping it would be more versatile, but he lacks a neck (only other body he could go with is Troll's but he looked very funny without a neck). With his regular body, he really looks better with his helmet. It felt like I just unmasked Darth Vader. The execution on the head could have been better and smoother, but there were other projects I wanted to work on. Also, here is the most recent WIP. Her name is "Mamba." I read a story about an all female Congo Ranger squad named the Black Mambas. I have her teaming up with my other custom WIP, Congo. She is a modified Puma head. I cut down the nose and shaved her head. At first I wanted to make a Furioso from Mad Max, but I liked the African ranger idea for both Congo and Mamba too much. I also gave her Snake Bite's body which will get a full repaint.

She really started coming together after I shaved her head. Glad you enjoyed it. Nice work on Ogre but man!! That African Puma looks dope!! I will definitely be doing this with one of my spare Pumas! Thanks! This is really such an easy mod on Puma. I am surprised Lanard hasn't just made more females with the popularity of the figures. I'm trying to see what mods, if any, can be done to Snake Bite. Ogre looks great!. He looks like he removed his helmet. Impressive job on this. Thanks! I appreciate the feedback. It was a lot more time consuming than I imagined, but I feel ok with the results. I'm glad you liked it.
