Seek and Find??

Hi guys!! Been trying to find who this is. Looked through the Yojoe sight and dug around on the internet but still nothing?? It looks familiar but there is no insignia other than a Made in China on bottom foot. I got it in a bag of figures...mostly dating to early 90's..some newer...at a thrift store. Any help is sincerely appreciated.

Oh, that looks like a World Peacekeepers figure (also known as "Power Team Elite"). Distributed by M&C, sold in the US at Big Lots. Recently made available on Amazon under the brand "Click & Play". Nicely functional figures, but not the prettiest or most modern. Vehicles and accessories are excellent, though, and they also do lots of playsets.  I have a similar figure (not identical, though) in the bottom-left of this picture, along with a couple other World Peacekeepers figures:

Do you wash your figures guys? Couse sometimes I polish them with Candelilla Wax Vegan Flakes but I've never heard someone does it also
