The figs look cool but I'd like to see them side-by-side with other similar scales figs. The video Mattel made with the Dino's and their new articulation look extremely cool. It looked like legs and arms were on a modified ball joints.

The Avatar figures were fairly nicely built, but very small by modern standards.

I read the new figs are on the 3.25 scale...really, really hate this.

Oh, and to clarify, for anyone who isn't aware, the figures are 3.75'' scale--which means they are a bit smaller than average modern figures which trend towards 4''. They're usable with many Joes (and vice-versa), but will look a little petite next to Corps figures. They're pretty great on their own merits, though.

IS the basic fgure in the bottom right above in Wave 2 or has it already been released?
I really like the Mercenary figure. It reminds me of the Arnold Schwarzenegger "commando" line.

As far as I know, he hasn't been yet. I really do like Mercenary; apart from being a bit short next to an average Joe-style figure, he's nice and versatile.

You could probably fit the saddle from the Jurassic Clash raptor onto Blue and sit Owen Grady on top so Owen is riding Blue 🙂
