Notice about attachments

Hello all

The forum recently exceeded it's attachment limit. (which was quite small to be honest, I dunno how forums can operate on a limit so small!)
Measures have been taken to increase the limit by a little but I implore members to consider having their own Imgur or other image hosting account to link to images. This will assist in keeping our attachment usage down and not encountering a "limit exceeded" message again for a while.

Thanks for sorting that out. Finally setup an Imgur and will go with that from now on.
