The sets were later rebranded from WOW Power Girls to WOW Action Girls and had the addition of some soft goods in the form of jackets (a tutu in the case of Julia Choi) to the packs.

When the rebranding happened the VW Bug carried over in new colors.

Eventually the WOW Action Girls were released in 2packs with new packaging.

fereality Thank You for posting, I've been multitasking so it's appreciated. those last pics were only prototypes, a few did get made but were sold in white mailer boxes as the line eventually was phased out.

You never know, if there's enough collector interest it's possible that a modern WOW series could very well materialize.

I want to add that several of these WOW figures are available still under the Lanard Horse Play toyline.

Well I know right now there is one of the Snow Games VWs on the bay for around $35 (shipped), but it's still out of my available funds right now.

Personally I would love it. I hate having to spend $13-20 on a figure I used to own 4-5 copies. Heck I would especially love it if they were built on a buck similar to Puma/Snake Bite.

I have only been able to find the peopleless sets.

Saw these sets on FB today 


They have a lot of the same accessories, plus several new ones including a new car and some new animals. The figures seem to be a back step from the WOW Power Girls by being nothing more than mini Barbies.

I'd like to think an updated female only action figure line would have an audience of all ages.

Also, the beetle would make a great Badlands vehicle for the Corps with chunky tyres, bull horns, wheel spikes etc.
