Badlands Medic looks better than I thought in the video. Looking forward to seeing it. I wasn't expecting the suspension in these vehicles for some reason.

Ok, I just wanna see if I'm getting this right. The new set is $45 for 8 figures and two small vehicles. The last set was 12 figures, 2 vehicles, and a robo dog (I think) for $40. So we're getting less for more.  |

A few things here... First off, where's Willie and along those lines the other "new sculpt" figures that were to rumored to be coming. The t-crotches and static figures (especially the statics) were rumored to be getting phased out and yet here they are in abundance. The only new molds are head sculpts. Secondly, the colors. My liege, the colors. While they are no where near the 90's neon, they are pretty vibrant and off putting. These are military people wearing bright orange. Nah, that's not good. Thirdly. While I love the vehicle selection, I have to question the validity of an ambulance on monster truck lifts. You might say that it's for the badlands but really any place you would need to get to with that would be easier to get to with the rescue copter. I've been waiting for a rerelease of the ambulance since the 2000's and this one is a lil disappointing. And lastly the gals (Puma and Snake Bite) are shown in the line up but we haven't seen any evidence of them in the pics. Whispering willie as well as several other characters will be coming in a later Corps! Universe assortment. the static figures have been completely phased out, the reason for the current t crotch assortment is factory related, as the newer figure articulated figures were all shifted into the 2022 Primal Clash Assortment. This was again directly a factory and scheduling issue. The Corps! Universe will be an ongoing line, there were several characters that were shifted from the first assortment to be revealed later, I know no one wants to hear this ***Especially the older collectors, tooling costs are a major factor per assortment, for this assortment, there are new vehicles, retooled vehicles, new head sculpts, and new cyber companions. As for the validity of the lifted vehicles, the Badlands desert is a very dangerous environment, and as Time Crisis may have ended, the Curse threat has not, there are lingering residual effects of Time Crisis, and Operation: CYBERSTRIKE. Puma and Snakebite have been offered again in a revision set through select markets, with minor color revisions. |

Is the Mirage figure Mirage from the Shinobi squad or is he a new figure with the same name, I bring this up because of situations like Plague and Plague or Recoil and Recoil looks cool though The Corps! Universe Upcoming assortment is a continuation of Time Crisis. Several characters histories have changed due to the events of time crisis. Certain characters who before the time storms changed/rewrote history that were allies are now very different, picture if you will a body of water and you throw a rock in that water, not only does the membrane of the water allow the rock to sink, but the rock generates ripples going outward..... The past and future time storms merging caused a very serious shift in reality, with several members of both the Corps! and Curse to be thrown through various points in time, each causing ripples..... Cyberstrike was the epilogue...to time crisis, but the prologue to The Corps! Universe.
This all will become very clear in the coming weeks. The Gunslinger that I was cleared to show is but the beginning, The Corps! and Curse war is about to expand outward in a whole new way!!!
and yes, Mirage is Mirage....just different origin, if that wasn't clear.
I don't understand, how could Willie survive the explosion of the Beast Bomber when he was piloting it? He just said "Nice try!" And then he traveled to the future. And how did Willie and his gang get to travel to the future to rule the world? |

To answer those questions you have to understand Whispering Willie, he's a mechanical genius! The Curse gave him the means to rewrite history, they assumed because of their history that he'd accept this as a way to assure his future, Whispering willie might look crazy, but he's a cold and calculating kind of crazy! by merging the timeline during the Time Crisis, he had access to technology way ahead of his time, and those who understand how time works, can change the past! ** outside of the lore I have a little homework assignment for anyone reading this, Watch 12 Monkees the tv series, "Mother Nature doesn't like it when you move her furniture" Everything we do has a cause and effect in the real world, every decision, a different outcome, so imagine if you already knew all of the possible outcomes......
