So according to Blake; this new Dino is for the Corps universe. I guess we can expect more Beast Strike sets.
Im just wondering why the sudden inclusion of dinosaurs into the Corps. Is it a reaction to Chap Mei's successful dinosaur sets?

Is it a reaction to Chap Mei's successful dinosaur sets? It is kinda a departure. This is part of the problem withnot having a cartoon or on going comic. They could introduce ideas for new lines in the story and ot would make sense. I doubt they will have much or any artuclation so they shpuld be fairly cheap to make. (the dinos) |

Ok so according to Blakes latest posts on Instagram these Dinos are for the "Corps Universe" but wont necessarily be fighting The Corps...?
They are going to be a new line!

It was interesting that Blake made a comment about "figures" doing battle with the Dino's. There have been several Dino sets out from Adventure Wheels, Kid Connection, Jurassic World, etc. and it seems like they are all selling well. They all also include human figures "battling" them. It'd be cool to have new head sculpts with these sets. However, I don't know how loosely Blake is using the term "figures" (whether human or not).

I'm pretty sure we'll see older figs redecorated. Could be a way for them to make use of the old molds and keep the new ones for The Corps line

That would be a brilliant idea. Great expansion to their brand and can make the whole line more versatile as a whole. GI Joe thought about partnering up with Jurassic Park and I felt like that was a great idea, but it never came to fruition (with the exception of the 3 lost figures). Hopefully the Kong line showed there is a market for this.

I like the idea of Dinosaurs and Corps figures together whether or not they are part of actual Corps line. Could make for some fun toys.

I hope they do a new, dino themed paint app for the Rain figure, maybe purple and green.
OH SNAP, maybe they'll chrome out some of the Corps! Jurassic-Sheen, Two-Tone Dino-Fighting Boulder & Puma...

I would love to see them bring back Sparks and some older Corps guys like FlashBang, Recoil (the original), Stryke, Rip, Ghost, Crash, Hawk, Eagle Eye etc all with new decos and parts swopping ala the Kong figures.
