Contra video game characters... Lanard already have figures that can easily be repainted and modified to look like the Contra characters... They may have to get the license from Konami which other companies like NECA already used. Lenard can go for the nostalgia gaming factor since they can market the line on social media at all those retro gaming sites. Just look at what Super 7 is been doing successfully completed with many other licenses.
TMNT the arcade game figures is a good example of the nostalgia factor I'm talking about.

Resurection! I am pissed that Lanard let Godzilla franchise fall into Jakks Pacific's hands. With the heavy military presence of the WB Godzilla King of Monsters movie it would have been an easy re-paint for most of the humans. That wasn't on Lanard, it was a decision by the studio. And how a contract is handled for a property. I assure you Lanard would have loved to extend it's MONSTERVERSE offerings.

Hiya Toys is currently making 1:18 scaled Predator figures (and did figures for Aliens: Colonial Marines), so I don't see Lanard getting the rights to that. I actually do see Godzilla being likely, since both Kong and Godzilla are being handled by Legendary in the US and are being tied into a shared universe. ....................................

I voted for other (lil late, but eh), but I have been trying to figure out a movie franchise but couldn't really. So I figured I'd suggest a TV series. There are a few: any of the NCIS series, SWAT, or SEaL Team could all be good subjects.

Any US military branch figures would be cool i would like to see the different branches current corps members could be in or even seeing characters like Diesel when he was in the navy or Recoil in the marines....

Well right now the US Military branches seem to have a deal with who ever produces their toys you see at Dollar General and Five Below using the old Chap Mei molds.

I think everyone is going to be in for a pleasant shock with the next sets of licensed products.
