It is under the name "Toys Distributors (Import)- Action Figure, Multicolor, 38504

by Distributori Giocattoli (importazione)" but it is the real Lanard deal. it seems Distributori Giocattoli (importazione) are the Italian distributor for Lanard.

This is the early bird version of the capsule. These were test market versions. This is great as any collectors out there who follow the line knows a lot of tweaks went into the full STAR TROOPERS LINE the capsule will return after the first assortments hit, and will be updated, with new figure and all new graphics.

So this is a great find, just understand that this version is the test market early version pre assortment 1. ( think of it as wave 0). I hope that this explanation helps.
